WildFap respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on WildFap in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as quickly as possible.
  • Notify the user who posted the material.
  • Take appropriate action against repeat infringers, including termination of accounts.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Please include all information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

WildFap is an embed-based adult video platform. We do not host videos on our servers. All videos are embedded from third-party sources. If you are the copyright owner and your content appears on WildFap via embedding, please contact the original hosting platform as well.
